Welcome to the Georgia Real Estate Commission/Georgia Real Estate Appraiser Board’s (GREC/GREAB) Annual School Meeting (ASM) website. I am pleased to announce that this year’s event will be in tandem with a GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association) sponsored workshop. Both days, Thursday and Friday, will be hosted at the UGA Center for Continuing Education.
The ASM Committee is working diligently to bring you an exciting, high-energy event encompassing industry-related topics that address issues and solutions related to instructors and school administrators from nationally-recognized presenters!
I look forward to seeing each of you this December in Athens where we can experience fellowship, education, and fun!!

For specific details on your instructor license renewal:
- Go to the GREC/GREAB website (click here – https://grec.state.ga.us/)
- Under the “Obtaining A License,” tab, select “Instructors” and then the type of instructor license (real estate or appraiser). Go towards the bottom of that page to “Maintaining & Renewing Approval.”
