Legal Affairs Manager, Georgia Association of REALTORS®. Lillie serves as the primary Professional Standards Administrator and Staff Liaison for the Professional Standards Committee. In this role, Lillie manages all administrative aspects of the ombudsman, ethics complaint and arbitration/mediation process, facilitates committee functions on behalf of the chair and vice chair, and supports Hearing Panels as Board Council.

 

 

 

Ho Mun, PSI

 

Ho Mun is a Director, License Management Services at PSI Services since 2013. In this session how will be discussing recent changes in the broker exam, as well as testing design and how you as an instructor can ensure your students are prepared to meet the testing challenges that await. Topics will include question design, testing parameters, and what the PSI test is designed to determine.

 

Dana Taulli, ARELLO

Director of Distance Education Certification Program at Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO). If the pandemic taught us anything, is that distance learning is here to stay. During this session I know we’ll be discussing the requirements for ARELLO certified distance learning courses, and how as an instructor you can make the online classroom just as effective as the in-person classroom.
