  • FRIDAY begins at 7:30 am. (Must attend entire day to earn credit.)

Thursday (the GREEA Instructor Workshop) and Friday (the GREC/GREAB Annual School Meeting) provide Instructor and Continuing Education Credit for Real Estate Instructors/Licensees and Real Estate Appraisers Instructors/Licensees.

INSTRUCTOR LICENSE RENEWAL

For specific details on your instructor license renewal:

  1. Go to the GREC/GREAB website (click here – https://grec.state.ga.us/)
  2. Under the “Obtaining A License,” tab, select “Instructors” and then the type of instructor license (real estate or appraiser). Go towards the bottom of that page to “Maintaining & Renewing Approval.”
