GREGORY KANE  has had a diverse and successful career spanning more than 40 years, with experience ranging from sales to executive-level sales management in various direct-to-consumer companies. He has also owned and actively operated several nationally known franchises.

Early in his career, Greg discovered his talent in sales, his management skills along with his strong desire to always be teaching. He created and implemented successful sales training programs, onboarded key employees and built a strong sales and management team, tripling sales volume in four years and growing the sales team to over 70 productive employees.

After retiring early and finding it unfulfilling, Greg sought a new challenge and entered the real estate industry becoming a REALTOR© in 2012 then earning a broker’s license in early 2016. In late 2016, he obtained his GREC teaching license and began his real estate teaching career in January of the following year.

Greg has combined his extensive business experience and a passion for teaching to deliver engaging and informative classroom experiences for both continuing education (CE) and prelicense courses.

KALIMAH J. JENKINS has spent most of her career as an attorney, adjunct business professor, and small business owner, first in franchising, then in real estate project management. She is admitted to practice law in both NY and GA, holds an MBA, and is a GA sales agent and prelicense instructor. Ms. Jenkins has over 22 years of teaching experience and has always been a top performer on standardized tests, including scoring in the 95% on two bar exams. After teaching prelicense for 5 years, Ms. Jenkins noticed a disturbing pattern: While a high percentage of students were passing the course final exam, an equally high percentage were failing the state licensing exam. She wanted to reverse these numbers. As a result, in 2022, she started the KJMETHOD, a real estate exam prep course specifically designed to help students pass the state licensing exam on the first try.

Recently celebrating its 2nd anniversary, KJMETHOD is responsible for helping license over 250 new agents. Ms. Jenkins has also written a book, PASS: Essential Real Estate Exam Study Guide, to further assist those students who are tactile learners or require additional support in understanding the material. Ms. Jenkins believes that education is the great equalizer and is ecstatic to be selected as a GIT instructor. Teaching is at the crossroad of both her gift and her passion.
