Welcome to the Georgia Real Estate Commission/Georgia Real Estate Appraiser Board’s (GREC/GREAB) Annual School Meeting (ASM) website. I am pleased to announce that this year’s event will be in tandem with a GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association) sponsored workshop. Both days, Thursday and Friday, will be hosted at the Callaway Resort & Gardens. This is a relaxing lake, golf, and garden resort, perhaps you will have friends and/or family join you for the weekend and enjoy the Fantasy in Lights!
The ASM Committee is working diligently to bring you an exciting, high-energy event encompassing industry-related topics that address issues and solutions related to instructors and school administrators from nationally-recognized presenters!
I look forward to seeing each of you this December in Pine Mountain where we can experience fellowship, education, and fun!!

For specific details on your instructor license renewal:
- Go to the GREC/GREAB website (click here – https://grec.state.ga.us/)
- Under the “Obtaining A License,” tab, select “Instructors” and then the type of instructor license (real estate or appraiser). Go towards the bottom of that page to “Maintaining & Renewing Approval.”
