NOTES

• GREEA Dinner ticket sales are final November 21. Tickets will not be available onsite.

• IF REGISTERING ONSITE, please allow yourself time to register before the programs begin so as to not jeopardize your education credits. You must be seated in the sessions from start to finish to earn education credits. Processing fees will apply. Onsite only if space permits. Register early to reserve your seat.

• To login to the registration site, follow the directions below: 

• If you are a Georgia REALTOR®, you automatically have a registration profile. Do not set up a new profile. Generally, your username is your NRDS (membership) ID number and your password is your last name, case-sensitive, unless you have changed your password in the past.

• If you are not a Georgia REALTOR®, you will first need to create a registration profile. To do so, click the “Get Started” button on the right of the Login and follow the prompts. (This does not mean you are becoming a member.)

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy: If we receive a cancellation by 5:00 p.m. ET on or before 11-21-22, your conference registration fee will be refunded. For assistance with changing or canceling a registration, call 678-597-4122, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm ET, or email GREEA@garealtor.com. No refunds after 11-21-21. If the event is canceled for any reason, neither the GAR, GREEA nor GREC/GREAB will be responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses (lodging, airfare, etc.) you may incur.

COVID-19

The GREEA Instructor Workshop and Georgia Real Estate Commission/Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board (GREC/GREAB) Annual School Meeting will be following CDC Guidelines for COVID-19.

• Face coverings are recommended for those not vaccinated.

COVID-19 WAIVER

By attending the GREEA Instructor Workshop and Georgia Real Estate Commission/Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board (GREC/GREAB) Annual School Meeting event during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, you are accepting the following waiver:

COVID-19 is a highly contagious and an easily-spread virus – even among those carriers who are asymptomatic. I acknowledge that I am freely choosing to attend the Georgia Real Estate Educators (GREEA), Georgia Real Estate Commission/Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board (GREC/GREAB) in-person event during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA), Georgia Real Estate Commission/Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board (GREC/GREAB), and Georgia REALTORS® will do their best to provide the safest environment possible for the event, I understand that I have assumed the risk and responsibility of potentially contracting COVID-19 and release the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA), Georgia Real Estate Commission/Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board (GREC/GREAB) and Georgia REALTORS® from any liability as it relates to contracting COVID-19. Photography: By registering for this event, I hereby grant the GREC, the GAR, GREEA & its representatives and employees, the authority & right to take photographs of me at any & all events hosted by such organizations. I authorize all such organizations and their successors, assigns & transferees to copyright, use & publish any & all such photographs for print &/or electronic media & to use all such photographs, with or without my name, for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising, marketing, & Web content. This photography authorization shall remain in full force & effect unless & until I opt out by affirmatively notifying the relevant organization in writing before an event hosted by such organization.

INSTRUCTOR LICENSE RENEWAL

For specific details on your instructor license renewal:

1. Go to the GREC/GREAB website (click here – https://grec.state.ga.us/)
2. Under the “Obtaining A License,” tab, select “Instructors” and then the type of instructor license (real estate or appraiser). Go towards the bottom of that page to “Maintaining & Renewing Approval.”
