Lynn has been writing and presenting her own courses for over 15 years.  In her home state of Illinois Lynn is the author of the Core and Elective continuing education courses taught by the Illinois Association instructors.  She has had courses approved in over 40 states and has collaborated on the REBAC ABR course and co-authored the new SFR Certification day-long course on Short Sales and Foreclosures. 

Lynn’s background in trainer education includes the annual REBAC trainer re-certification program and the train-the-trainer program for At Home With Diversity which she authored and conducts annually.  She has also conducted numerous state-run trainer certification programs. 

Lynn is currently a Director at her association and serves on her state’s Professional Standards, License Law Rewrite, Education and Strat Plan Committees.  At the National level Lynn has served on Professional Standards, Risk Management and Equal Opportunity Committees.
